Govena provides AI governance documentation packs for Australian businesses. Our service involves:
Govena does not provide legal advice. Our governance packs are documentation frameworks informed by Australian law, AI governance standards, and regulatory guidance. They are not a substitute for legal advice specific to your circumstances.
If your business has complex regulatory obligations — for example, in financial services, healthcare, or government contracting — we recommend having a qualified lawyer review your documents before finalising them.
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise Govena to charge the amount displayed at checkout.
A tax invoice will be issued to the email address you provide at checkout.
Your governance documents will be delivered to your nominated email address within a short time of completing your assessment and payment. Delivery times may vary but we aim to deliver all packs promptly. If you have not received your pack within 24 hours, contact Email us →.
Because our governance packs are digital products generated specifically for your business, we are unable to offer refunds once your documents have been generated and delivered.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your documents, please contact us at Email us → and we will work to resolve it promptly.
If you have concerns about whether a pack is right for your business, please contact us before purchasing — we're happy to answer questions.
Once delivered, you own the governance documents in your pack and may use, edit, and distribute them freely within your organisation. The documents may not be resold, sublicensed, or used to create competing products.
The Govena website, brand, and underlying frameworks remain the intellectual property of Govena.
Our documents reflect Australian law, regulatory guidance, and AI governance frameworks as of the date of publication. AI regulation is evolving rapidly. We recommend reviewing your governance documents at least annually and updating them as the regulatory landscape changes.
Govena is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on information that has become outdated after the date of your pack's delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Govena's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for your pack.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data, arising from your use of our service.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at this URL. Continued use of our service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
